Hi! My name is Rachel.
I am a NYS licensed aesthetician
and the founder of Verity Wellness Collective.
My journey into the beauty industry began with a love for makeup, but it was my own struggles with acne and skin concerns that ultimately led me to skincare. Like many of my clients, I know what it feels like to spend time, energy, and money searching for answers while feeling frustrated by the lack of real solutions. For years, makeup started to feel less like a form of self-expression and more like something I relied on to hide behind.
What started as a desire to heal my own skin became a passion for helping others feel confident in theirs. My goal is not only to help improve your skin, but to help you better understand it. Which is something I wish someone had done for me.
I specialize in acne, barrier repair, rosacea, and customized corrective skincare treatments designed to support long-term skin health. I believe skincare should be personalized, approachable, and education focused.
I created verity with the intention of bringing together passionate beauty and wellness professionals who value honesty, community, authentic connection, and meaningful experiences. My hope is that Verity becomes more than just a place to receive services, it becomes a place where people feel seen, heard and know that they are genuinely cared for.
When I'm not in the treatment room, you'll find me spending time with my husband and our two boys, that I absolutely adore, going to my favorite gym, enjoying life outdoors, working on projects around our homestead and just enjoying life. My family is my greatest joy and the inspiration behind everything I do.
I'm grateful to do what I love, and I look forward to sharing that passion with every person who walks through Verity's doors.

If you’re unsure, I recommend starting with the New Client Experience. This allows me to assess your skin, discuss your goals, and choose the most appropriate treatment for you.

Please avoid exfoliating, retinoids, excessive sun exposure or active treatments 3–5 days prior to your appointment. If you are on anti-biotics and certain medications that cause skin sensitivity, please notify me prior to your appointment.

For best results, I typically recommend every 4–6 weeks! However, If you are a part of the acne program you may be coming in more frequently.

Not always! but it can happen depending on your skin and the treatment.
If your skin is congested or acne prone, certain treatments can bring underlying breakouts to the surface more quickly. This is temporary and part of the process of clearing the skin.

Treatments are adjusted based on your skin’s condition to reduce inflammation, support healing, and help prevent future breakouts.

If you are currently under the care of a dermatologist, any prescription acne medications, including topical or oral treatments, must be discontinued for a minimum of 4 weeks prior to receiving acne treatment services.
Please consult with your prescribing physician before discontinuing any medication.
