Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and destination.

Verity Wellness Collective is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, lost packages, or other circumstances outside of our control once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Verity Wellness Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment only.

Once your order is ready, you will be contacted with pickup instructions and scheduling information. Please wait for confirmation before arriving.

Verity Wellness Collective does not maintain regular retail hours for walk-in pickups.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, all sales are final.

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened, used, or previously purchased products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

We will review each situation individually and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
