Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Payments:
Accepted payments include card or cash.
Cancellations:
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment online or via text at any time. We do require 24-hours’ notice before the appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hours notice will be subject to 50% payment of that service.
late arrivals:
WE understand things come up however, we kindly ask that you notify us if you are running late. In the event that you are running 15 minutes late or more to any appointment, your appointment may need to be rescheduled for another time and a 50% cancellation fee may apply.
No-Shows:
Missed appointments will be subject to 100% payment of the service. Clients who no-show more than two appointments will be not be allowed to rebook.
Children:
I do allow children in the studio only if they are able to sit in a carrier or stroller, or stay seated in a chair during the entire service. This is for safety reasons only.
Extra Guests:
I do not allow extra guests during services. The only exception is if both parties are receiving services.
