Appointment Policies

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount.

No-Shows

Appointments missed without notice will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.

Late Arrivals

We understand that unexpected delays happen. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or may need to be rescheduled. Full service fees may still apply.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise arranged in advance.
We accept cash and major credit or debit cards.
Outstanding balances, cancellation fees, and no-show fees must be paid before future appointments can be booked.

Pricing & Services

Prices, promotions, service offerings, and treatment availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
Verity Wellness Collective reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update services, pricing, products, memberships, and promotions as needed.

Medical Conditions & Treatment Eligibility

For your safety, clients are required to disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy status, and recent cosmetic procedures before receiving treatment.
Certain treatments may need to be modified, postponed, or declined based on medical history or contraindications.
Clients who have recently received Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, cosmetic tattooing, laser treatments, or chemical peels may be required to wait before receiving certain services.
Verity Wellness Collective reserves the right to refuse service when a treatment is not deemed safe or appropriate.

Illness Policy

If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, including fever, vomiting, flu-like symptoms, contagious skin conditions, or other communicable illnesses, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who arrive visibly ill in order to protect the health and safety of our clients and providers.

Sanitation & Safety

Your health and safety are our priority. All treatment areas, equipment, tools, and high-touch surfaces are cleaned and disinfected between clients according to professional sanitation standards. Single-use items are disposed of after each service, and all applicable state sanitation regulations are followed.

Weather Policy

The safety of our clients and practitioners is important to us. In the event of severe weather or hazardous travel conditions, appointments may be rescheduled without penalty. If weather-related closures become necessary, affected clients will be contacted as soon as possible.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for services and retail purchases. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Verity Wellness Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

Product Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, all product sales are final. Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you. Completed services are non-refundable.

Gratuity

Gratuity is always appreciated but never expected. Our goal is to provide exceptional
care and service regardless of gratuity.

Photography & Social Media

With your permission, before-and-after photographs may be taken to document treatment progress and results. Photographs will never be shared publicly without your consent. By tagging Verity Wellness Collective on social media, you grant permission for your public content to be shared or reposted unless otherwise requested. We kindly ask that all online interactions remain respectful and professional.

Right to Refuse Service

Verity Wellness Collective reserves the right to refuse service to any individual whose behavior is inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of these policies. Thank you for helping us create a welcoming and professional environment for all.
