My approach to bodywork is centered on supporting the body as an interconnected system, recognizing that physical tension, stress, and overall well-being are often deeply connected. With a background in massage therapy, psychology, and Traditional Chinese Medicine, I create treatments designed to support not only physical tension and discomfort, but also nervous system regulation, emotional well-being, and overall balance.
I graduated from the Center for Natural Wellness and have been practicing massage therapy for over four years. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and am currently pursuing dual Master's degrees and a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine.
My work blends modern anatomical understanding with Eastern meridian and channel theory, allowing me to support the body on multiple levels. I incorporate techniques such as fire cupping and targeted therapeutic bodywork to help relieve tension, restore balance, and encourage the body's natural healing processes.
No two bodies are the same, which is why every session is thoughtfully customized to your individual needs and goals. Whether you're seeking pain relief, relaxation, stress reduction, emotional grounding, or deeper restorative care, my intention is to create a space where you feel supported, cared for, and able to reconnect with yourself.

Swedish massage is a calming, full-body treatment designed to promote relaxation, relieve everyday tension, and support overall well-being. Using smooth, flowing techniques with light to moderate pressure, this style of massage helps improve circulation, ease muscle tightness, and encourage nervous system relaxation.
Perfect for those looking to unwind, de-stress, and restore balance within both the body and mind.
shiatsu is a Japanese style of bodywork rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine that focuses on restoring balance within the body through rhythmic pressure along the meridians, or energy pathways. This treatment is performed fully clothed and uses gentle stretching, compression, and targeted pressure techniques to help relieve tension, reduce stress, and support overall well-being.
Shiatsu is designed to encourage relaxation, improve energy flow throughout the body, and create a grounding, restorative experience for both the body and nervous system.

Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic treatment focused on relieving chronic muscle tension, tightness, and areas of restriction within the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Using slower, more targeted techniques and firm pressure, this treatment helps improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and support overall muscle recovery.
Ideal for those experiencing persistent tension, soreness, physical stress, or areas of chronic tightness throughout the body.

Fire cupping is a therapeutic technique rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine that works by gently lifting and decompressing the tissue rather than applying pressure downward like traditional massage.
This technique may help release tension, improve circulation, encourage lymphatic movement, calm the nervous system, and support overall balance within the body. Many clients find cupping deeply restorative for areas of tightness, stress, and physical fatigue.
Cupping may be incorporated into treatment sessions when appropriate and is always tailored to individual comfort levels and needs.
