These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, products, services, and appointments. By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or accessing this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Verity Wellness Collective reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

Section 3: Scheduling & Appointment Policies
Appointments are reserved specifically for each client. We kindly ask that all clients respect our scheduling policies.
Cancel & Rescheduling
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
Missed Appointments
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may be charged 100% of the service amount.
late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or may need to be rescheduled. Fees may still apply.
No-Shows
Appointments that are missed without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. Clients with repeated no-shows may be required to prepay future appointments or may lose the ability to book online.
Client Responsibility
To ensure safe and effective treatment, clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their health history, medications, allergies, pregnancy status, and recent cosmetic procedures. Failure to disclose relevant information may impact treatment outcomes and could increase the risk of adverse reactions. Verity Wellness Collective reserves the right to postpone, modify, or refuse treatment when deemed necessary for client safety.
Section 4: Product Sales & Order Fulfillment
Professional skincare products and retail items are available for purchase through Verity Wellness Collective. Because skincare products are considered personal care items, all product sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, notification must be provided within 7 days of delivery so that we may review and resolve the issue. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays beyond our control.
